Dr. Wefitness Bali's Sweat Class is specifically designed to build a strong aerobic foundation, to push you into the zone of increasing metabolism, burning fat. Wefitness Bali uses a combination of resistance training, SAQ and plyometrics that will challenge full body athletic conditioning.
Wefitness Bali is the only gym in Bali that has an Obstacle Course , where this Obstacle Course is used as part of the exercise. Located in the backyard, the Obstacle Course at Wefitness Bali is surrounded by vast green rice fields that are very beautiful to look at, also to be captured on camera. Even if you join the afternoon class, you can enjoy the beautiful Bali sunset very close in front of your eyes :)
