To try just one ride, you need to queue for almost 2 hours, even though the ride only lasts 5 minutes. It would be better to increase the capacity so that the queue time can be faster. Queuing for 30 minutes is long enough, don't wait for hours just to queue.

Buying on the app must be redeemed first at the ticket booth and waiting in a long line with people who buy directly and it turns out that if you buy on the spot the price is the same 😅 many favorite rides are under maintenance "Jelajah and Sky Pirates", the AC is very hot like in a market, the building needs maintenance, it is very obvious that it is not well maintained.

Service: The ticket exchange process is very fast. Cleanliness: According to standards. Highlights: Even though it's crowded, you can still play many rides. Price: The 95 thousand rupiah/ticket promo is very worth the price.

The queue is quite long, especially for the roller coaster ride. It's best not to come on a holiday if you want to come here on a weekday. Okay, my kids love animals and good job everyone.

Because I got a promo price, it's okay. If it was the normal price, it wouldn't be worth it. The toilets are smelly and dirty. There are few places to eat, the best one is Wendy's but even then the chairs are dirty, the place to wash your hands is dirty. It's a shame that the place is big but looks poorly maintained. Some rides also seem to lack guard staff.
