The staff were too friendly and kept offering things, but they scared us not to bring our phones and had to use the photo service there. We deliberately only ordered a banana boat because after that we already had another list.

This is bad. As solo traveller im not comfortable. The jet ski instructor is trying to flirting customer. Asking some personal things. That only i want is enjoying the 15 minutes moment and learn more about jet ski. But 15 minutes with the instructor is like want to stop in a minutes. Mind the attitude please. People come there to enjoy the game 🙄

The staff was very friendly and helpful during the ticket exchange process. The facilities are simple but quite complete, our experience was closed with a delicious snack (for free wow). Unfortunately, the photo quality is not sharp enough. Hopefully it can be improved again.

For beginners, diving is very disappointing... I paid a lot but there was no good service so I didn't dive, and I was told to buy 500 thousand rupiah from the photo

My experience was disappointed with the guide when diving because I was a beginner, the guide did not give me a chance to warm up and finally because I was a beginner and afraid, I ended up not diving and the other rides that I had bought were not used and I paid 500 thousand for the photos produced from the rides.

No one offer me how to take a picture from the TBW with the full price. Then I myself ask a staff there doing foto computer and said that the price is aeound 350,000 goshhh, it's just damn too expensive only for soft copy 😩😵🫨

The staff at BMS are really nice people, Rama Rama, all the facilities are okay, the location is easy to find from the main road, the beach is clean, the location is clean, the water is flowing, shampoo is provided for cleaning, it is clean, there is a toilet for changing clothes, it is also clean, we are given free hot tea and toast, the staff are very friendly, going to come here tomorrow thanks again
