We can't use the limousine bus from narita airport to tokyo downtown because there's heavy rain and bad weather so all the access to downtown tokyo closed. We can use local train. We bought this bus for roundtrip, so we got refund by cash from the limousine counter and we also got physical ticket for our trip from downtown tokyo to narita airport as well. But this bus really recommended and easily can use. Thank you traveloka!
