"Shikiji" is said to be a sacred place for saunas. Near Shikiji, there was a hot spring facilities called Matsu-no-yu, which were loved by many sauna-lovers.

The manager of Matsu-no-yu is now taking on the challenge of making Hana-no-yu a new facility that will be loved by all sauna-lovers.

"Fugaku Onsen Hana-no-yu" is where you can feel the manager's love for the sauna at the foot of Mt. Fuji.

Three types of saunas are available for both men and women. (Binchotan charcoal sauna and Maifan stone sauna are available in both men's and women's sauna.)

Binchotan charcoal sauna makes you sweat slowly at a low temperature, washing away the waste and daily fatigue from the core of your body.

Maifan stone sauna uses Maifan stone, which is also popular for its medicinal properties.

There is a [Finnish-style log sauna] in the men's open-air bath, and a [tent sauna] in the women's open-air bath.

* Please note that it is open only on every Friday to Sunday, and is close on weekdays.

A dedicated team of staff controls the log sauna and tent sauna.

(Children in diapers can take a bath only in the baby bath or the Monroe bath (in women's bath).)
