Economy Class

T'way Air offers service quality and low prices competitive with economy class seats. In economy class, passengers will be allowed a maximum of 10kg of carry-on baggage.

To ensure a comfortable flight experience with T’way Air, passengers can purchase additional adjacent seats (up to 2 seats) to enhance space and privacy to the maximum level. Passengers can buy these extra seats directly at the T’way Air service counter during check-in.

Additionally, when booking a flight with T’way Air, passengers can choose preferred seats for their flight. This service needs to be arranged at least 2 days prior to departure.

In-flight Meals

The economy class fares of T’way Air do not include main meals and snacks during the flight. However, passengers can pre-order and select meals for their flight through the website, app, or T’way Air agents. Each passenger is allowed to order a maximum of 1 meal up to 4 days before departure. After this period, passengers cannot cancel or change meal choices for the flight.

Convinience Packages

There are three convinience packages namely; Meal, Bag, and Multi in the economy class. T'way Air provides a wide range of services and maximum benefits for each passenger on every flight.

With the multi convinience package, passengers can experience the best previleges such as: Selecting preferred seats, Priority check-in, Access to dedicated check-in counters, and In-flight meal.

T'way Air In-flight Crew

With the hope that each passenger on T'way Air flight will experience comfortable, thoughtful service. T'way Air always focuses on the neatness and professional behavior of each pilot and flight attendant with training sessions according to international standards. At the same time, T'way Air regularly organizes additional training programs to improve qualifications and train the ability to handle situations for each crew

Because prioritizing passenger safety is always the foremost concern on every flight, T’way Air also operates its own flight crew training center established in 2014, located at Bucheon University (Gyeonggi-do province, South Korea). This training center is fully equipped with modern facilities and technical equipment for T’way Air's Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

The airline's flight attendant uniforms combine two main colors, red and green, along with other colors such as white, beige, or black. With these colors, T’way Air aims to affirm its position as an airline brand continuously advancing forward, delivering refined values and a friendly, dedicated attitude to each passenger on their flight.

T'way Air Policy

Baggage policy

Each passenger on a T'way Air flight will have a maximum of 10kg of hand luggage. The maximum dimensions of the sides (length, width and height) are 40 x 20 x 55 (cm), respectively. Maximum total size will be 155cm. With the airline's hand luggage, 1 accessory is included in the luggage facility.

For checked baggage, passengers can increase the total maximum allowance depending on each destination area. Specifically:

  • Short medium distance international routes (excluding Oceania): 30kg, 35kg and 55kg.
  • International routes to Europe and Australia: 38kg, 45kg and 55kg.
  • International routes to Oceania: 23kg and 30kg.

Each piece of carry-on baggage must not exceed 32kg according to T'way airline regulations.

Passenger Policies

In order for each flight with T’way Air to be the most wonderful and comfortable journey. T’way Air also has policies in place for newborn babies, children, pregnant women, passengers with disabilities, and other cases.

  • Pregnant Passengers

If you are a pregnant woman under 32 weeks, you can still travel by plane for your trips without having to prepare separate documentation. In case you are a pregnant woman over 32 weeks but under 37 weeks, you will need to provide additional information about your health condition as declared in the form or with the assistance of a guardian.

For cases where pregnancy exceeds the above timeframes or involves multiple pregnancies (more than 33 weeks), T’way Air regrets that you will not be able to check-in or board the plane. Your health and that of the unborn child are top priorities at this time.

  • Newborn Passengers

Newborns are babies under 24 months old. A newborn can only travel with one guardian.

For international flights, newborns must be over 14 days old to fly with their parents. The airfare for newborns will not incur additional fees on international flights, provided the child sits with the guardian and carries valid age documentation before takeoff.

For domestic flights operated by the airline, newborns must be over 7 days old. T’way Air applies ticket prices based on age for each domestic flight. However, newborns will sit with the guardian and do not have a separate seat on the flight. If you wish for the baby to have a separate seat, you will need to pay a fee equivalent to the adult fare.

Newborns can bring a collapsible stroller/pushchair on board with dimensions up to 100 x 20 x 20 cm. Infants over 12 months old or over 9 kg can bring a safety seat. However, only products certified as "Suitable for use on flights" by the United Nations or national regulations can be brought on board for the child.

  • Child Passengers

Children aged 5 to 12 can travel alone internationally with T’way Air. However, children traveling alone internationally need to register in advance on the airline's website or app. For domestic flights, children under 13 will not be allowed on the plane without a guardian.

Children traveling alone internationally can only go to the booking center to purchase plane tickets. Guardians can register for additional accompanying flight attendant services for the child's journey. In the case of a child traveling with a guardian over 18 years old, ticket booking can be done directly on the airline's app or website.

  • Passengers with Disabilities

For passengers facing difficulties in mobility, they can pre-register with T’way Air for wheelchair services and will have ground staff assistance upon arrival at the airport for check-in. Additionally, passengers can also bring their own personal wheelchair when moving within the airport premises. Wheelchairs will need to be checked in before passengers board the aircraft.

For passengers with hearing or vision impairments, guardians can request additional assistance during the booking process. Airline staff will be present at the airport to assist and facilitate immigration procedures.

  • Other Cases

On flights operated by T’way Air, passengers are allowed to bring pets on board. Each flight will have different requirements regarding the weight and number of pets allowed. You should check the pet transportation information on the airline's app or website.

Additionally, for international flights, you will need to register for pet transportation services 2 days before departure. For domestic flights, registration is required 1 day in advance (if done online) or 2 hours and 30 minutes before departure (if registered online).
