The room is clean and the staffs are always friendly and accommodating (it was my 5th stay) and I will definitely come back in the future. The coffee and pastry were super delicious. this is the most satisfying capsule hotel ever. first of all the location is quite easy to find although you have to go downstairs to the basement floor but the receptionist is very kind and gentle. and then the room is clean and neat also it has enough space to put my 2 medium luggage and it has a mini desk! its price is quite affordable and cheaper compare to other capsule hotel around the airport. I definitely would go back as soon as possible when I have plan to transit in the airport. keep it up.

Hotel does not provide bottled drinking water, instead we need to get the water from outside of the room by a dispenser. The shower room is like a plastic or temporary shower room so water leakage is inevitable to the floor of the room. Make it wett and discomfort.

Mosquitoes in the room. Woke up with 2 big bites on my face. Other than that, hotel was decent for a one night flight transit stay. Shuttle bus service to airport was a great service.

FM7 Resort Hotel – Bandara Jakarta Airport

Love it! The staff are super friendly and nice. The room was spacious and so clean. Breakfast food was delicious but it was crowed and bit of chaos maybe is because it was 1st day of the year. Will definitely' comeback. One night experince was not enough.
