It's a perfect accommodation when we have to catch our morning flight as the location is very strategic. The room is clean and the staffs are always friendly and accommodating (it was my 5th stay) and I will definitely come back in the future. The coffee and pastry were super delicious. I was really nicely surprised by this budget hotel. I did not expect it to be everything it was said in the reviews and depicted in their pictures. The pick-up service at the airport was very nice and just as described, according to schedule. Driver was super accurate and helpful. The room and bathroom were super clean. Breakfast was surprisingly nice and adequate. Everything was complete, compact and helpful. It was more than enough for a person or a family who is transiting to get the next flight on the next day. Even for backpackers, this hotel is really recommended. Thank you so much, Ibis Budget and Traveloka. We had a really nice stay and service at such a low price.

Just an usual hotel that proper to stay a night near airport. I don't know if they provide bus to go to airport. I hope I can go there with they bus not with online ride. Something that important but they didn't communicate it well with customer.

ibis budget Jakarta Airport

It was my first time stay here and its so comfy. Located near the airport and they have free shuttle to the airport so you don't have to worry if your flight is early in the morning. Their staff was so kind and their room is enough to just transit here.

2 comment that I would like mentions… bathroom needs deep cleaning and scrub, no correspondence from the hotel when I ask for informations, otherwise it was pleasant over night stay while in transit, staff is very helpful

Staffs are very friendly and kind. They are very helpful. However, the wifi is not good when I am in the room, I need to go down to the lobby to get the wifi signal. They need to renown the room, some stuffs like trash bin (I was in the room 319) was already broken and worn out. Toilet flush is not working well. Otherwise, the room is clean, and the bedsheets are clean.
