Love everything about this hotel.

Pak Syam di front desk nya upgrade kamar ku. Thank youu. It was nice experience staying in this hotel and breakfast also good.

-1 Point because of the choices of breakfast for 180k/person.

The AC was broken, it was so hot in the room. The WiFi was also bad, I had to call their staff three times just to get connected to the WiFi.

Nice place. Nice staff. Ambiance/Facilities: modern building and room. Food: I haven't tried the food. Staff Assistance: helpful staff. Highlights: Starbucks on the first floor. Price: I get nermal price at weekend. Location: hotel location is on the center of city and near blokm plaza

It was my first stay here and also I had event at rooftop. All the service from fb team was great special thanks to Eka (sales). Only 1 thing make me disappointed, front desk who handle my check in said that my room will ready around 10mins but its not ready yet until 90mins then she didn't apologize or say anything. Please trained the front of the house how to be professional and attitude.

The AC was not cool really disturbing.

The staffs are very friendly and accomodating.

Unfriendly staff during check-in and the room smells not good,
