Luxury Hotels in Bogor Nirwana Residence

Okey for staycation with family

I've stayed there for 2 nights and from the get go I understood that the things shared on this website about this hotel is far off from the reality. 1. It is far away from the city, making it hard to go and visit places. 2. The road you need to go through to reach out the hotel is unbearable and full of pot holes. 3. Every night, there's a carnival (?) with blaring music making it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep at night. We thought it would last until 9-10PM but until 1AM blaring music is insane. 4. To top it off they had this family gathering event right in front of the hotel since 7 am until 12 pm. We cannot SLEEP and stay asleep. 5. The water heater isn't even on. 6. The staffs weren't even friendly, my friend who understood Indonesian had told me that the staffs were badmouthing their guests, including us. I suck at Indonesian but even I can understand “bule gila”. 7. Some people/staff tried to pry open our door. Honestly, with the same budget just go to Big Land or any other hotel in the Bogor area close to the center cause this place is not worth the money and I am confused as to why it is listed as 4 stars!

Lokasi sekitarnya sepi dan kalo malam gelap banget, gedungnya kurang terawat, handuknya cuma dikasi satu padahal pesen kamar untuk dua penghuni.

Access to the road was destroyed until the location such as the building was not finished but being forced to enter the room commercially was a disaster because there was a nail coming out of the table plus the manager himself was very, very disappointed from the unreasonable deposit until he was required to check in under 12 at night if it passed subject to a penalty of 50 thousand / hour next must be very careful choosing lodging accommodations that use this manager.

There are 3 people who ask for a deposit of 300 thousand. Please Traveloka provide complete information for the accommodation provided, I was told to download Travelio and then 3 people asked for a deposit of 300 thousand.
