The best hotel I've ever been privileged. Enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in the sky lobby. High quality rooms (there was a stunning bathub with the city view), and high quality service, and also the foods. Oh my God! Heavenly tasted 😍♥️

Great stay! The view is pretty good since we got the room with windows on both side. Too bad we can't enjoy the breakfast buffet on restaurant because of the ppkm, but the breakfast was scrumptious! Thank you for making my birthday memorable, RC team!

Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Gym is relatively small but all machines are well taken care of. All staffs are very friendly, they make me feel like I was in Disney land LOL. everyone is full of smile even though it was weekend and everyone is busy. It was a pleasant stay.

During the pandemic we've been stayed at several five stars hotels for a staycation. With that being said, we can say confidently that we had experienced the best service from all staffs here in Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place. The staffs were very accommodative. They know you, they call you by your name. They always made sure that we had all our needs fulfilled. The food was superb with so many variations from western to eastern and a mix of both. The room was spacious and clean, and the view was spectacular! Looking forward for our next stay!

Kuretakeso Kemang Hotel

I booked twin bed on OTA because they only open for twin bed. After finalized my resv then they're open deluxe king double bed on OTA, upon check in I already asking the upgrade fee if possible to get deluxe king bed because they still available on that type, then I asking again by call to reception but they don't give me any solution. Then bed sheet also have much of spot, you should improve the cleanliness. Such as dispointed experience.

grandkemang Hotel

Really low maintenance. Many things have to be upgraded (too old) and everything is dirty. I requested no smoking room but the whole room fully smelled smoke. Lobby is poor, the carpet is dirty and broken and the smell's not good. Hope the hotel management take concerns on this.
