While swimming, our child's sandals were left behind, then they were secured by the staff. During the stay felt safe and comfortable. As expected a 5 stars hotel with a 5 stars service! Tho I only stayed for 1 night, but I feel recharged already. The best part of this hotel is the mini waterfall in the mini rain forest, oh and the Koi pond is so lovely! I have the best sleep listening to the sound of the waterfall, since my room oa facing towards it. Another best part is that this hotel located in the city, so delivering food to the hotel is super easy! Will definitely go back with my family asap!

The hotel's location is on point. It is near the Pasteur Toll and easy access to go to either Lembang or the city center. The room size is adequate, but bedsheets and towels need to be refurbished, because there are many stains on them and the colour isn't white anymore. The in room phone isn't working, so I have to go to the restaurant to order food to be delivered to my room. Check in and check out process are quick and hassle free. The parking area is small, so you need to go back early to the hotel to get a good parking spot.

The hotel is luxurious and extravagant beyond its price. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The check-in was smooth, so we decided to get the Accor Plus membership. Our room was upgraded to the Suite, which has an amazing view of the city and Gedung Sate. The room is very nice with a modern and luxurious design. The breakfast was very nice, with many kinds of food to choose from. There is also a swimming pool and a fitness center. Overall a must stay place to enjoy Bandung from it's center.

The hotel is located in quiet upper class residential area. There are fine restaurants nearby. The room is well decorated, clean and equipped with various amenities. View from hotel restaurant in 10th floor is amazing especially during clear weather in night time. My improvement suggestion is to eliminate audible noise from rooms next doors.

One of the best healing places. Very private compare to the other Glamping site. Decent breakfast, nice lunch and dinner. Bathroom has water heater. Definitely will repeat!

The tent was big enough for 4 persons. It was located near the river and there is swing in front of every tent and also the table where there is a portable stove and kettle to boil the water and cook. 1 gallon of drink water is also provided. Nice! The only issue is when you order meat for barbeque, steam boat and others, those will serve you as frozen food and you need to cook by your self and the price is not include with the refill gas and you need to buy it again.
