Hotels in Rasuna Said

It was holiday season and the hotel was fully booked, a wedding event and Chinese New Year made crowded every breakfast time we did not get any seat and they open the meeting room for the guests who did not get seat. However the hotel location is the best! just walking distance to the famous shopping malls and lots of culinary options nearby the hotel. You will survive as long as Padang Sederhana Restaurant is a cross the street. The room is so so for 5 star hotel, it was not as expected! They did not change our towel and not refill the coffee. We should ask them to bring new towel. But the view from the room also awesome!!! that was the only thing that made me happy and last I did not like the swimming pool, why they claim have the best swimming pool?! The water was dirty and not fresh at all! Not make sense for 5 star hotel🥲

All the staffs are very friendly and helful. The ambience of this hotel ia good. Especially the city view from the dining room at breakfast time, so fresh view from the top.

Dirty bedroom and bathroom, receptionist is not ready, not worthy

I can say, I didn't enjoy staying in the hotel. The AC was broken, resulting to the hot conditioned room. I already escalated it to the staffs, but they couldn't be much helpful. It feels like they didn't do any maintenance at all to the rooms there. I checked out early in the night and moved to another hotel cause I was very not comfortable with that condition.

OYO is always reccomended, as my last stay here is awesome worth the price will visit again soon.
