4 Stars Hotels in Teluk Betung

The hotel not recommended to stay, room and toilet dirty. I am suggest not stay this hotel. Can find other hotel low. More clean and this hotel. Request room twin bed. Not available with the room class. But in the web available. The hotel lie> with the management hotel. Better not stay. Sebaiknya tidak tinggal di hotel ini. Kamar dan toilet jorok

Our stay in hotel should be really pleasant, the room was nice and clean, the food was tasty and good. Unfortunately it was ruined by the desk service. The process of check-in and check-out took so long, not a good reflection of hotel that claimed as 4-stars hotel. I did wait almost 30 minutes during check in, just behind one person. The desk man took so long in handling the process. And when we checked out, it was a total mess. Many people were gathering in the lobby waiting to be called during check-out because they did the room-checking before they letting people away, but it took so so long. Waiting for an hour (and more) just for checking out and almost missed my flight.

Not worthy of being a 3 star hotel, lots of stains on the floor and carpet, bad smell, blankets with lots of stains. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Broken water tap. Not recommended to stay. I immediately moved hotels as soon as I saw the room.

At the check out day the door was locked automatically at 12 o'clock. This makes me feel inconvenience. I just finished my lunch a few minutes after 12 and I could not enter my room.

Old hotel. Need full renovation ASAP.

Over all is good for staycation.
