Perhaps the best place to stay in Jajag. Rooms were spacious and clean with AC and en-suite bathroom. The hotel has a large pool and a very good restaurant serving very good quality Indonesian and Chinese food. The lumpia is recommended. A buffet breakfast was served by the pool.

Great hotel with great ambience and great service. The location is strategic and perfect location for business as well as leisure. The service is excellent by their staff. Clara is really great staff and always taking care the guests during the breakfast. She is really hospitality person. I also met Mr Mario, Sales Executive. He is such a nice and humble person. He came to my table for breakfast and talk anything to make us feel comfortable and happy. He gave me a lot of recommendation on where we need to go sightseeing in Banyuwangi. He knows everywhere in Banyuwangi and propose to go together. On my check-in, handle by Aisyah. She is also nice and friendly staff in reception. On my first stay, on my check-in handled by Sheema. She is friendly, polite and energetic. Great hotel with great staff.

Very nice resort near Ijen. The late checkout at 12 allows visiting Ijen in the night / early morning, be back for breakfast, and even take a few hours of sleep. The big swimming pool was a plus, very nice to recover from the very warm temperature.

This 4 star resort deserves at least 5 star in my opinion! It started right when we were about to check-in. There were many visitors, but we didn't have to wait for long. They were able to expedite the check-in process well. The receptionist crew were super friendly, and really spent the extra mile to engage in exciting conversations with you. They provided us with a refreshing welcome drink as well. The facilities of the resort seemed quite complete. They all seemed to be very well maintained. The room was spacious and very clean, and the front desk was always very accommodating to fulfil any requests. The restaurant was very nice and the crew were very helpful. The food variety was great and the taste was good. They paid attention to details too, they had heater for their swimming pool so everyone could enjoy the not-so cold temperature of the water. They have movie nights that you shouldn't miss, plus the free pop-corn. The view was beautiful, and we couldn't miss to see the sunrise! We were able to see Bali as well! I would say that this was one of the best hotels that I've stayed at! I'd definitely stay here again for the next trip to Banyuwangi! Thank you very much to all the very friendly and welcoming crew members of Dialoog Resort!

Lokasinya cukup dekat dgn pelabuhan ketapang. Cocok untuk yg mau melanjutkan perjalanan buat nyebrang ke bali keesokan harinya. Tapi sayang sekali tempatnya kurang terawat menurut saya. Akses menuju hotel jalannya menanjak & curam. Kebersihannya juga kurang. Saya mendapati ada serangga di kamar mandi saya. Di kamar mandi saya jg tidak tersedia sabun, hny ada shampo. Waktu saya stay disana, saya dpt kamar di lantai bawah. Tidak ada sinyal untuk internetan/telepon, wifi hotel juga error. Jadi semalaman tidak bisa telepon/internetan sama sekali. Poin plus: staff hotel ramah, pemandangan dari lobi ketika pagi hari bagus, karena bisa lgsg melihat laut/pelabuhan ketapang. Mohon ditingkatkan lagi untuk kebersihannya.

My mother really likes it because she can take a morning walk in the spacious area around the hotel and meet the friendly and good staff of garden and cleaning team.
