Cheap Hotels in Palembang

I was about yo extend my stay, so I ask front office to extend my stay for 1 night, sadly they said cannot, because my room already sold for today, this is the only hotel, no confirmation, are we extend or not before they decided to sell.

The room space amd location are good.

Minor issue, my door key out off batteries, already inform staff, almost 20 minutes waiting outside the room and for the staff appear to fix the door.

The staff very friendly and the facility is very good. The time for check in can be earlier.

The hotel is connected directly to a mall and its pretty convenient if you need to buy any necessity. Tried the in room dining also the longue, the service were superb. The foods are standard, the desserts are good though. For the breakfast buffet they serve varieties of meal including palembang's local food, tastewise its so-so, some are a bit disappointing to be honest though I appreciate them introducing the guests to palembang's cuisines like laksan, tekwan etc. The facilities are superb, the room is spacious, iron, safe & chiller are avail. Sadly the wallpaper on the room are slightly peeled and there are many red stains on the carpet. The room is not really soundproof because I heard a lot of knob opening noises though the hotel have rules about quiet hours around 11pm-7am, but overall the hotel is good
