Staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Room not too spacious but very clean. Wifi's connection was good. Even tho in same location with one of the busiest mall buildings but I didn't interrupt by any noises. The only matters was the bathroom, I can hear very clearly if any other room flush their toilet, a bit inconvenient with it.

First time experienced staying at deSatu Hotel during my business trip to Medan was beyond my expectation. This hotel is the representative of ‘ business mixed with pleasure’ due to its strategic location on the city center and just a walking-distance nearby Center Point Mall, including convenience store also meal-valued restaurants. If you're a backpack travelers or only bring a cabin luggage, deSatu Hotel is the perfect choice. Train station is only accessible through the mall for your most convenient transportation from the airport. Thank you for the hospitality 💕✨.

Location - Very Strategic and walking distance to Centre Point Mall. Price - Quite Cheap & Affordable. Cleanliness - Pretty good and comfy. Staff - Very helpful and thoughtful. Repeat - Absolutely YES. Don't forget to try restaurant next to desatu hotel - The Thirty Six Cafe, super duper good cafe ✅

I've been stay in this hotel for several time, every time Iam back to medan will always stay in this hotel event just one night, the location just next to center point mall that make even better, the room small but compact, cannot wait to stay again in this hotel.

Strategic location, prime area, step ahead from center point mall. At the same complex 👍. The room itself very clean, tidy and comfort, full amenities, refil drinking water just outside the door, but no fridge. Television channels only indonesian.
