During the rainy season, the 9th floor room leaks. At 5 am there is a loud noise from the housekeeping room or whatever room it is that doesn't have a number, I don't know. Dirty bedsheets. Hot water on and off when taking a shower, from warm to suddenly cold

If you bring your own vehicle, the parking fee will follow the area tariff which the management should be able to regulate because hotel guests should be differentiated from consumer guests in the mall or surrounding shophouse areas, just like in other places thank you

Staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Room not too spacious but very clean. Wifi's connection was good. Even tho in same location with one of the busiest mall buildings but I didn't interrupt by any noises. The only matters was the bathroom, I can hear very clearly if any other room flush their toilet, a bit inconvenient with it.
