The hotel very god and extra good.

We stayed here in a hurry because we were affected by the flood. We came around 11 am with a toddler and a baby who was fussy at the time because he was sick. At the front desk we were handled by Elza. We were very lucky and grateful because Elza paid attention to us who were overwhelmed by our fussy baby. We didn't wait long and were allowed to check in early. We are very grateful for it. Breakfast was very delicious, there were so many variety of food. For a moment we forgot that we were in a bad situation. We will definitely come back to stay here and try another room type, because we stayed in Superior. The size of the room and bed were quite small.

Great hotel, super clean and food is really good. The service is also quick and friendly.

Everything OK except for the bed. Quite hard bed😊

Generally a pleasant stay but would have expected more as it's a supposedly a 4 star hotel. Check-in and out took some time but the staff were friendly. Main complain would be the noise from a karaoke or club downstairs that went on until around midnight.

Nice place, near shopping mall.

Stains on linnen and towels despite washed. White towels seemed Grey.
