Last night I was really satisfied staying at Hermes, hopefully they can maintain their consistency well. When checking in, the staff named Mr. Irfan was very friendly, very good, thank you very much Mr. Irfan for your service. The hotel is more than 10 years old but the condition is well maintained & quite clean. Strategic location in the city center. But for the elevator it is a bit surprising when going up or down is not smooth. For food, there is less variety & the taste does not suit the tongue of Jakarta people.

The hotel staff is friendly. But several times I've been here, the room order was always said to be unavailable. Asked for a one bed but was given a twin bed even though a note had been made during the reservation. For breakfast, it would also be better to have a more varied menu so as not to be left behind by other hotels. The hotel facilities are also inadequate. There is no swimming pool and gym. So it's not fun to bring children. Even though the location is strategic, the rooms are also clean. But unfortunately some of the things above are still lacking.
