It was very nice experience can stay on this hotel, I take 3 bed room and stay together with all my family member they all happy.
Breakfast good and many choices for the local food with nice taste.
Just only way and road go to this hotel always traffic.
all staff hotels is friendly and nicely and also there is have shuttles and free transportation from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport.
If I come back to medan i will stay again to this hotel, thank you very much.

Front desk delivers very fast check-in with good English speaking. Free shuttle service from and to the airport is excellent. Breakfast is good and the room price is below market price. Will stay here again next time.

Although it's an old hotel but my guest from Korea loves it because of convenient and strategic location. Maybe need to do some renovations at the outside of the hotel in the future.

The room was nice and spacious. Really suits for travelling with families. But undortunately, the parking spots are very limited and the parking system is tricky. The fact that you need to report to the receptionist everytime you need to go with your car is annoying. But that aside, the hotel was very nice
