The hotel is very bad. Very far from the images that are in the application. The hotel is very old. The hotel does not provide drinking water, Wi-Fi, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, also TV and very bad beds. Very not recommend.

I was locked in the elevator for almost 1 hour, the officer was unprofessional in repairing, we did not get any compensation for the incident, then because I panicked I moved to another hotel, it is not recommended by this hotel, the service is also not friendly.
