The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel's location was a major plus, with a variety of street food vendors nearby. This made it incredibly convenient to satisfy our hunger cravings at any time. We were pleasantly surprised by the prompt check-in process at 2:00 AM. After a long journey from Jakarta, it was a relief to be able to rest immediately in our clean and comfortable room. The water heater functioned flawlessly, ensuring a warm and relaxing shower. While we were unable to secure connecting rooms as requested, the overall experience was positive. We would definitely consider staying at [Hotel Name] again in the future.

The hotel gives us the best view to Gentala Arasy Bridge and Batanghari River which are Jambi City 's icons, so you can enjoy the scenery while having a meal in their restaurant. The hotel is also connected to the wtc mall, which is kind of convenient for guests to buy something, watching movies at cinema, and/or just simply having a meal. The staffs were so helpful with our needs too. Plus the price is reasonable. We'd love to come back here again when visiting City of Jambi for sure 😊.

The staffs were so helpful and kind, the food was great, despite of the lack of parking area, I do cherish the Christmas festive here. Absolutely will come back to stay at Aston when We visit Jambi

Dead hotel. Wall paper pealing off the walls, drapes & carpet have burn holes, light bulbs dead, furniture scratched, no maintenance; Room service only offers soup & nasi goreng.
