Friendly staff, all the food is delicious. Clean room, just a shame the hotel lobby is under renovation so it's a bit cramped, joining Panbil Apartment.

The hotel is comfortable, the reception is friendly and very helpful in terms of rooms for groups.. and the breakfast menu has many choices.. delicious.. great, next time I go to Batam I will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable place, suitable for vacation, just need to mitigate breakfast in the restaurant is quite full, it would be better if next time it can be divided into two different places based on the floor so that it doesn't all pile up in one restaurant. The exit sign is a bit unclear, as a result we entered the wrong exit which should be for the resort residents' gate. The attitude of security towards hotel guests is not good because I was shouted at and scolded for entering the wrong lane on the leftmost exit gate, it should be input for customer satisfaction with the attitude of the security. Comfortable place but if in the end you are faced with people like that, everything will be ruined

A comfortable hotel, large and comfortable rooms, bathrooms with complete toiletries, comfortable beds, soft pillows, soft sheets, fast wifi, quite complete food from western, asian and local food with quite delicious taste, fast check-in process, the receptionist and bellboy are very friendly and helpful.
