I have travelled 26 Countries and this has been one of the BEST hotels I’ve stayed in for an overall experience. The facilities are amazing, the Manager - Said made me feel extremely welcome and at home and the Executive Chef - Wawan Gunawan’s food was excellent, I looked forward to breakfast every morning!! This Hotel offers a lot for the price and really made my stay in Batam one I will remember!! I will definitely be back.

Shower head the water is bot coming out from the hole, ceiling of bathroom is leaking, toilet roll is soaked with water, no topUp tea/cofee, no sandal room, bedsheet is dusty. But the staff is Friendly.

The hotel OK but quite dusty. The breakfast they give voucher 30000rp is 3 dollar voucher. But we must pay price extra for the food is more than 3 dollar voucher. Terrible experience.

Hotel Kaliban Batam
Was stayed at this hotel from 18-21 June 2024. There is water leak on my room (due to heavy rain) But the staff from Kaliban Hotel help me to move my stuff to other room (they ask for confirmation first, which is very good solution) Overall it 's a nice hotel to stay.
