Very good place, so clean, near the station, very welcome. Very very very recommended to go back to again.

Location : nearer to tamatsukuri jr line. If subway or jr, consider Tsuruhashi.. But at least 10 to 15 minutes walk Check in: got issue. The staff didn't supply the key or passcode. It's a self check in like airbnb thing. So gotta wait. Called the number which responded quite fast. Room : good clean. Complete. Aircond cold Bed: stayed in three room. It's bunk bed. Two single bottom, one over top. Exactly like picture depicted Toilet: good clean. Good shampoo soap conditioner from shiseido. Supply one towel and one face towel each. No tooth brush though. Hot water is good Washing machine : good and clean. They Supply the clothes detergent as well Internet : no free wifi hotspot. If you need, rent for 5 sgd per day. Not really worth it I must say. But room got wifi, limited to 500 mb per day, after that slow down. Kitchen can cook, got kettle, got cups and all. Price : about 120 sgd for three pax per day. Which is relatively cheap for Osaka. Check out: 10 am. 1000 yen for every hour extension. Not worth it Luggage storage:500 yen per day... Seriously? You can rent one big box anywhere within main train stations for 600-700 yen the whole day Overall : good stay. Will return unless I can find somewhere else nearer to train station, which I think there must be. Just need survey more. They need to improve on the communication also. Don't seem to reply email sent to them.
