Lovely and beautiful place to stay actually for staycation! Breathtaking view from my room and also the hotel has their own access to the beach. Their amenities is very desirable, they have an infinity pool and also gym. The staff also helpful and friendly. I would recommend for staying here again next trip. Very warm and welcome.

the room is leaking while the mattres is damaging.it dangerous because it can cause injury.

app need to update the room facilities, there is no in room washing machine and kitchen. When I ask to the reception why there is no in room kitchen and washing machine which they put as in room facilities in app. They said that supposedly no laundry machine and kitchen in the room from the first place, they said app mistake input in room facilities for having that. Sound from the road sometimes clearly heard and connecting door soundproof very bad.

from the first day I entered the room, I was not comfortable with the cleanliness of the room floor and bed. There were lots of hair on the bed, the floor was very dusty and there were lots of pieces of paper and food. On the second day I reminded the receptionist to pay more attention to cleanliness, but it was still the same.

The stay was OK. One problem I had for the first two days was there was no"do not disturb"sign in my room and therefore the room service to clean up the room would hammer the door at 10 AM every day until I made my own ' do not disturb"sign. After that it was all good. The receptionist is Burmese which speaks with a heavy accent and isn't very fluent in English so be extra patient. One great thing is there 's a local seafood and a western restaurant called Oceano Symphony 30 feet away! Just make sure you have the do not disturb sign or you'll be woken up at ten o'clock every day. 😆.

Staff very friendly and competent. Room clean and spacious. House keeping is good.

Nice environment with suite style, it is so comfortable and clean, great service by the owner.

Very difficult to contact and last minute to inform for change unit. They will ask extra deposit if want to take the key, and deposit till now not return yet. The new unit dirty and very dust. My wife very disappointed.
