Hotels near Pizza Hut Restaurant Lotus Ampang

I know about this hotel since 2022. At that time my father had a heart attack while we were on vacation in Kuala Lumpur. We camped in this hotel for 10 days because my father had to undergo emergency surgery in IJN. Since then every time we go to Kuala Lumpur we stay in this hotel because of the area and the very reasonable price. Comfortable and clean room. In their laundry room, we can wash and dry our clothes.

Not worthit for money. Room & food not as per expection based on picture before make a bookings. Hotel management have to improve room & food quality.

Everything the hotel provided is very dirty. Blanket is dirty and stained. Bathroom very smelly, I spray air freshener and after about 30mins, the smell is back again! The hotel is not even worth the price.

I ordered a high floor room and non smoking. In fact I got a second floor room and the whole floor is smoking so I couldn't breathe. Also the room is very small and dirty, cockroaches are everywhere. The room was next to lift, so every time the lift stops the alarm works loud and I can't sleep. The whole experience was very bad and I couldn't complete my stay and checked out early

TV not functioning, toilet Door can't lock. Late check up only allow 30 minutes for FOC. Sound proof are really bad.

I booked this hotel a week ago by paying in full. When I arrived at the hotel at 4 am, the hotel staff asked me to cancel because the room was full.

Room got small cockroach. The socket very limited. One room only one socket. Outside room have supply water filters can refill water. Staff okay.

Room doesn't have any Kettle ، room, which is full of ants and cockroaches but blanket and pillow sheets were clean and chenge every day.
