All employees and staff in this hotel are very accommodating and friendly. Likewise, rooms are clean and fragrant! Kudos! ❤.

Room is clean. Staff are all friendly. The pool is a jacuzzi type but still a good place to cool one’s body. Breakfast is yummy though not a lot of choices. Overall I had a happy stay and I will book here again soon.

I had the most amazing stay at Pillows Hotel I feel the warmth welcome of the staff, it is so affordable with free breakfast.

Is there anyone that I can talk to about getting a compensation for our relocation. Aside from having too much hassle with doing follow ups on your customer service. I found red doors room cheaper than what I paid for the hotel that I'm supposed to be in which is Capital Suites. I'm not satisfed with your service specially that I was advised late that this hotel is nit operating given that it's still in your options of hotels.

I guess you get what you paid for? Well the hotel is nice but I would say the only pros that stood out to me was their friendly staff. I asked for a double bed because it was just only me staying for the night but they said they don't have it anymore. What they did was put together the 2 twin bed. Which was a bit eye sore. Aircon window is damaged too. Breakfast selection was meh.

1) I asked for a room that doesn't have adjoining room but still they gave me the same 🙄. 2) there's no hotel room sleepers 🥺

The room was spacious, clean but the bathroom door is faulty. I was almost locked out. Itd hard to close and open. The elevator needs an upgrade
