Staying for one night only. Overall, it 's good hotel to stay.

Stayed on 2nd floor Room Rs03, very noisy room from AC compressor, pillow are flat. Hairdryer very low quality. Both my my wife and I couldn't sleep well because of the noise.

Hotel is near Bencoolen MRT station. There is an in-room water boiling. Swimming pool open until 10.00 pm. Room is quite narrow so it is difficult to locate the stroller. Good Enough.

Horrible place to stay but it is good location. Old, dusty but clean bed and warm water plus ac are run well. Don't expect too much ….

Near Sultan Mosque, Hj Lane, Arab Street and Bugis Junction. The location is very strategic. But when we go on 20 Sept 2024 the hotel is very expensive.

The staff is very accommodating, the place is very accessible where you can buy food ride a bus and also near in attraction like Haji lane, Arab street and Bugis. Slightly near in MRT station, just a 10 minutes walk going station. This is the best hostel to stay.

Mr Sadi so helpful and very nice! We talk a lot during my check in time 😆 cause the room wasnt ready yet, but it wasnt that long like more than 15mins and the room is ready ✨ bfast is good like simple and to fuel ur energy. Room is cold but it was needed cause sg so moist & hot, and location is close to everywhere. 💯

Receptionist is very helpful especially for old guests (senior), we arrived hotel at 1 PM but check in time 3 PM, because they look we are so tired and then they given us early check in 1.30 PM, thank you and keep yr best services for seniors and hope we can comeback again to hotel grand pacific.
