The ArtScience Museum has two gallery spaces. The gallery on level three features tall ceilings that may hold a variety of artwork. In order to attract visitors and keep them engaged, it is designed exclusively for this purpose. Because of its unique rotunda design, it lets in the most natural light without affecting the items that are on show. Meanwhile, galleries on Basement 2 can be free partitioned to create a unique space that can best show off any artworks.
There is no parking facility available at the ArtScience Museum. The closest parking facility is Marina Bay Sands' North Car Park.

The ArtScience Museum is a phone-free zone. To ensure the experience for others, please switch your phone to silent mode and refrain from loud conversations. Do not take photos or record videos and do not use tripods, selfie sticks or flash. If you’re below 12 years old, please bring an adult with you. Running in the galleries is strictly not allowed. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the galleries as they can cause spillages and unwanted pests. Smoking/vaping is not allowed on the museum grounds and backpacks may need to be removed when the galleries are crowded. They want to provide a safe and welcoming space for everyone to come and enjoy their diverse collections without distractions.
In-house guided tours at ArtScience Museum take visitors on an enchanting voyage through the galleries in one’s native tongue as one explores various exhibitions. Unless otherwise stated, all tours apart from the Architecture of ArtScience Museum and Sustainability in Design tour will require purchase of same-day entry pass. For selected exhibitions however, there are virtual versions which one can conveniently check out from home!
Guided Tours During Weekdays are English and Mandarin tours guided by educational specialists in-house who speak different languages fluently. It is important to note that for some guided tours with hearing aids involved, attendees may buy their own 3.5 mm earpiece on the spot due to the fact that they may need them during such instances; after every tour, all devices will undergo sanitization.
Guided Tours During Weekends The weekend tours conducted in Mandarin by voluntary guides do not attract any charges if a ticket for the relevant exhibition(s) has previously been acquired .
Weekdays before 12pm is the best time to visit the ArtScience Museum. Weekends are super crowded especially during peak hours and holidays. July to November is the best time to visit the ArtScience Museum. Do not travel in December or summer as Singapore is super crowded during this period.

The ArtScience Museum has put a lot of thought into the design of the building for the physically challenged. For guests, anyone with their own service dog is allowed to enter and exit from there, and some manual wheelchairs can be borrowed from the Visitor Experience Information Counter on level one if requested by a guest. Also, wheelchair access through automated doors is available at the ArtScience Museum building. All floors are accessible via lifts and the circulation spaces in the galleries are designed to allow free movement along paths that are also wheelchair friendly. Each floor also has toilets that are wheelchair accessible.
