Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Strategically located 1 min walk from night bazaar which is really awesome for food massage shopping! Love the comfy bed!
The receptionists, doorman and etc. were so friendly and helpful. The room was wide, clear and bright. I love this place and, if I have a chance going back to Chiang Mai, I'll be here.
I am here to celebrate my mother's birthday staying 4 nights. This afternoon I tried to call the reception many attempt from 1600pm until 1724pm however no one answer? The room was nice but the toilet base sink below water leaking when using the water to wash up. There was dust/mold on one of the light fittings. Beds were very hard and old the pillows no cushion difficult to sleep. You can feel the hard bottom of the bed and so uncomfortable. I asking for room slippers and spoke to Mr. Jai. He rejected me and said given me already. If I ask for extra and will be charge 400baht! This is really unacceptable as I have been staying many 4 star/5 star hotels and none of them said there is a charge on room slippers! There are many other good hotels around this place can give better service than this! I wrote on facebook message and nobody reply me. This is really poor standard of service.
room is small. found some mosquitoes in the room. room is not bad but don't expect much. Good part is breakfast. it's quite good. not 5 stars buffet but great enough. location is not far from night bazaar.
The location of the hotel is in the city center, near with night market and many culinary surrounding the hotel. Clean and nice budget room hotel for visitor, from the airport only around 30 minutes by car. They also provided free tea, coffee and chocolate drink in the breakfast area on 1st floor for self-service, lovely.
This guesthouse outside pretty but inside so untalkable. We booked 2 rooms with an infant and my parents upper 60 go with us. We chatted with them we need lower room at 1 month ago. They said they can put us on 1st floor. But now we are in 4th floor because 1st full 😓 and no elevator. I felt so bad with their service. When we checked in, because we came earlier at 1pm, my child got sick when boarding, we asked if we could check in early as soon as possible. They said we could wait 15m later but after 30m they still said we must checked on time 😓. At the 2nd day, all the hotel didn't have water from midnight to afternoon and no notice before to all guests. They only said the machine do now and wait 😫
