Great locations for those who loves shopping till you drop, Hotel surrounded by famous shopping destinations, i.e. Platinum shopping mall, Big C, Pratunam Market, Neon Night Market. Conveniently walking distance to those areas. Room is okay, but clean, and staff are very friendly and helpful. I didn't try the food, but according to our friends, breakfast selection is not so bad.. will definitely comeback to stay here on my future trip to Bangkok. Thank you

The staff is not very friendly. The place is really okay, right out of Pratunam Market. For the price offered, I think it's not worth it.

friendly staff..quick to ask for help like getting the scales, the location is really good especially for those who like shopping...in front of the road there are many food stalls and there is also a supermarket....the best thing is...every year I always go to BKK for culinary...the last 2 years the hotel I chose is the First Hotel...so did the friends I invited to stay there, they also recommended the hotel too thank you

We're staying at this hotel for a lot of nights, it's definitely a heaven for someone who likes to shop because it's located so close to many shopping center such as Platinum, December's, Pratunam Market, etc. There's a lot of options about the food near the hotel itself, streetfood, and restaurants, lots of cheap food also near the hotel. For us, the food selections near the hotel actually suits our Indonesian Pallete. The rooms are clean, and the AC is working and its cold. Such a relieve after going out shopping at the market and shopping center in the area. One unfortunate thing that I experience is that one of my room didn't get the Bean Bag that the other rooms had, but no big deal, just a bit of feature that I should've got. The bathroom is a bit small actually, but still works for me and my family. It also had a bidet, which is a great thing for me and many Indonesians. I think regarding the Wi-Fi Speed, it's quite inconsistent, but for your daily needs like googling it's still manageable, YouTube not so much.

Access to Pratunam Market is close. To December it is that close. Basically it is good for exploring shopping markets because there are many good malls around there.

hotel which is strategically located in the center of pratumam. close to shopping center. only for access is quite crowded because the location is adjacent to pratunam market. staff are also friendly and very helpful

The hotel staff is friendly, helped lift the suitcase when getting into a taxi when checking out. There are also many shops in front of the hotel, just walk to the seven.
