1. The room smokes a lot of cigarettes. 2. The room above the loud noise at 5 am every day, causing insomnia 3. In the app, specify the time for check out, but the reality is not possible because at Check in on the 13th day, around 20.00 hrs. He then called to return the key.

Aunt is a regular customer. How many times have you stayed at Chiang Mai? But this time try to book online. Was very disappointed The room is not the same as in the picture. Let's get back to the top floor. I have to go with. Double bedded room with extra bed. Must have room. It is very emotional. I do not know what to do. If not, the price is the same. I will not be booking next time. From what I can remember, it was just a single day. Very disappointed
