No hot water!, mold! Very noisy, we were put on the 7th floor with other guests acting like children, slamming doors, running in the halls yelling. Sliding door/window would not close or lock. bed sheets were not clean. Bugs. Bad smell in the room. We took our shoes off at the door, but had to wash our feet after walking around in the room, our feet were black. The floors were not clean. Toilet was smelly. Hallways dirty and hot, no ac. staff opened front door once, when we arrived, never again. Buzzy picking their nose/ or talking on the phone. Very disappointed, old building, staff not friendly!

The staffs are not enthusiastic in welcoming us. They don't even greet customers standing in front of us. There is no wifi signal and the TV can't play YouTube.
