The room is a bit stuffy. The bed is soaking wet. I told the cleaning staff to please open the window for ventilation. But the answer I got was that the cleaning staff told me to go and tell the reception staff. I was confused because they didn't talk to each other, so I endured it until I checked out. I'll stay here once. The price isn't cheap.

Very pleasant stay. Room is spacious with all the amenities and they help us to reach the nearest station also. Too bad we only stay for a night.

The front office staffs are very helpful since my arrival was 4 hours prior to check in time, by allowing early check in. Spacious room, squeaky clean, strategic location. Definitely will stay here again if we have the chance.

Stay in the price of 4,800 baht. Check in at 2-3 pm At 11 o'clock. During check-in, I received 1 dining card. Where we stood in check-in and the fans sat in the back talking to each other during check-in The staff should probably see that 2 people came. I understand that 1 dining card per room In summary, when going to eat Must sign 1 person The staff said they have to go per card. Which we don't quite understand that 1 room Didn't give you breakfast for 2 people? Asked at the lobby, it was said that the booking was for one person, which at the time of booking, we just clicked on the room. Or we misunderstand, must apologize I don't really understand what you have to pay. Do you think that 1 room must at least 2 people? Free food To conclude, must pay 300 = 1 tonight 5100 baht

Upgraded to executive suite. Breakfast has limited selection. However food not too bad. Heavily focused on japanese menu. Complimentary tuktuk to bts and neighbourhood is good. Along street with cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Tried bannice right in front of hotel and khua kling behind hotel. Both great experience. Infiniti pool is small but ok if you don't swim. Spot the wardrobe with dust. Need attention there. Clean, new, nice residence overall.
