At least one or two receptionist staff are rude and judgemental with poor English We only asked directions for restaurant for breakfast and one persistently 'accused' us coming from 400something room and to have phoned them for not running hot water. Staff at the restaurant are friendly and helpful.

There is no manual. When turning on the lights, the power plug, the TV, there is no channel menu. The shower head, hot water doesn't work. When there's a party Loud noise enters the room

ได้ห้อง538เข้าไปคือทุกอย่างในห้องดีหมดเลยแอร์ก็เย็นไว แต่ติดตรงที่สีของชั้น6มันทะลุมาเหม็นจนอยู่ไม่ได้ ขอเปลี่ยนห้องได้ห้อง802 แอร์ไม่ทำความเย็น และคอมแอร์จะเสียงดังแอ๊ดๆๆทุกๆ5นาที เสียงดังตลอดคืน แต่ไม่ได้แจ้งขอเปลี่ยน เพราะเปลี่ยนมา2รอบแล้ว ส่วนปลั๊กไฟใช้ได้แค่รูเดียว จึงทำให้ห้องนี้ไม่ได้รับความสะดวกใดๆเลย แจ้งไปทางเพจไว้ แต่ก็ไม่ได้รับการตอบกลับใดๆ ยังงัยก็รบกวนปรับปรุงนะครับ

ดีค่ะ ถ้าไม่มีห้องมีประตูเชื่อมกับห้องอื่น ไม่เก็บเสียง ไม่มีเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น ปลั๊กหัวนอนไม่มี มีให้แค่ 2 ช่องเท่านั้น ต้องเปิดไฟโต๊ะเครื่องแป้ง ถึงสามารถให้ปลั๊กได้ ไม่เหมาะกับคนชอบนอนมืดๆ ที่เหลือดีหมดค่ะ

Should improve the installation of the shower hose in the new bathroom When taking a shower, there is water flowing out, causing the bathroom floor to be wet all the time. Try to take a shower. Be careful. Still wet And the water heater system cannot be used The water is not warm at all.
