Super bad, the staff here are not enthusiastic in supporting customers. They are all tourists, not locals, they do not understand the customs in Thailand and need to be guided. The staff is always grumpy and unpleasant. Really very disappointed. The previous times I went to hotels in Pratunam, the staff were very enthusiastic, making me love the country and people of Thailand, but here it really makes me feel suffocated.

Staff don't care about customer ' s problem. I have a problem about car parking so I ask hotel ' s staff for useful information and she don't even look at me or answer things. Finally I decided to book a new hotel.

If there are a lot of workers in front of the hotel at night. I think it's a plus-plus place. The hotel is bad, the receptionist is not friendly, if you check in late, you will immediately be fined per hour. Not recommended.

The room is clean, the room smells of cleaning liquid. the room is not very big There are clothes hangers to satisfy the reception staff, the service is very good. near Asoke station Take a walk to The bathroom has a separate wet zone and dry zone. Can reserve a special price, not expensive, downstairs there is a restaurant that can be ordered upstairs.
