3 Stars Hotels in Tuan Chau Ward

Security and restaurant are excellent service and helpful. But receptionist need to improve. Room is clean and housekeeping was doing great job.

We booked the room with 3 single beds. It was on the first floor, the ceiling was low that made the room look small, but it was still cozy and quite clean. The location was great with Tuan Chau Beach, Tuan Chau International Marina, Tuan Chau Park near by, the street in front of the hotel was fancy in the day and beautiful at night. The problem was that there were rarely staffs standing in the reception, so that we had to take the key ourselves all the time and of course no one would know if some strangers got in and took the keys. Also, there were two flies and two frogs in the room, I wanted to call the staffs to come and handle them but there were always no one in the reception. Even more, our room was right beside the reception so guests often knocked our door to ask to check in just because they didn't see any staffs and they thought we were. Totally, this hotel was nice, but they still have to improve some negative aspects.

It was the worst stay of the 15 days of my trip to Vietnam. The image was deceived like a sunny place. The room I booked smelled like an underground building and there was no sunlight at all. I wanted to get a refund from Trevlka, but it was not easy to connect with the counselor. Eventually, I paid an additional fee and stayed in a sunny place, but the employees were very annoyed by the conversation with each other in a derisive tone, knowing that they were foreigners who did not understand Vietnamese. Until now, I had only paid for Agoda, but I paid for Trevlka because it was cheaper, but all that remained was the feeling that I was deceived. I don't want to use this app and this hotel anymore.

Great location with a beautiful view! Friendly staff as well

The youth at the reception counter was sleeping when we arrived at daytime! They switched off most of the lights at the lobby when we were back to the hotel at night. The free breakfast was not prepared as scheduled and the boy staffs has no manners ! The service was really not up to our satisfaction .

The specified time is 14h, but when I arrive, it is 10:30. Because there is an empty room, the hotel allows me to check in early without charge. Nice room comfortable like picture. Air conditioner has age, must be turned on for a long time. generally good hotel

Unique design, bay view, reasonable budget. Worth every penny

There is no breakfast buffet. Smelly toilet. 😫

Air conditioner is not cool enough, wifi is poor quality. Rest ok
