Luxury Hotels in Bien Hoa City

Great but not perfect, the first room we stayed in had a few issues, the second also had an issue with the air conditioning however they did move us into a better room immediately upon informing them.

Not as central as Mansion Park however still in a very good location, everything else was perfect. Room clean and tidy, air conditioning worked perfectly I personally think the food at breakfast was better here than Mansion Park too.

Hotel near railway, a little noisy.

I was very disappointed. When we check in the room was smell like mole and smoking. And they change to the different room for us but the key was not working so we wait for a long time in the heat. They didn't turn on the air-conditioning in the hallway. And then I was so mad I was gonna cancel and then they moved to the different area is that but still I'm not drill about it. Breakfast it was awful. The coffee was cold. Everything was really really not is really a food.

The room was really bad, never thought the room would be so dirty, the blanket was so small that it wasn't enough to cover, the bathroom was dirty, I didn't even dare to use the toothbrush, a disappointing experience.

Everything was handled well. I had no problems staying in this hotel.

Good points: central location, friendly receptionist, clean room. Not good points: - There are only 28 channels on TV, I thought if a 4-star hotel, it were supposed to have more than that, at least 72 channels - Air condition: not cold with 10 degree C, even though I had told the receptionist to ask someone who can fix it. But the room was not cool enough for me for whole night.

Friendly staff, but the bathroom is not clean. Lots of mosquitoes, noisy but not soundproof.
