The staff were extremely helpful and paid attention to details, it was their wonderful service and great attitude that made my trip a memorable experience. The hotel is easy to find and well located, has a good view with a restaurant and cafe by the lake. Highly recommended.

The price is too high compared to the service. Dirty rooms, degraded equipment, lots of mosquitoes. staff are slow, do not know how to talk to guests, eat at expensive restaurants, breakfast buffet is poor. general lack of professionalism. There is a part of the road leading to the Resort that is still under construction and is quite bumpy. The soundproofing of the room is not good. In my room, I could hear the sounds of other families outside walking and talking quite clearly. The rest is very good, beautiful lake view, relaxing, clean rooms, good food, friendly staff, suitable for relaxation

Great experience overall. Room size is spacious with a king size and queen size bed. Bathroom was also big. There was a nice balcony overlooking the rice fields. Very calm and peaceful area.
