Worst service ever. When booking the room, I submitted a special request for early check-in from 2pm. Then I arrived at 2pm, they refused for check in early but said to let me check in once the room is available. The bad thing is there are also other people arrived after me to check in, but they're given the key to room even before me. I saw that and asked the reception again about my room. The reception again refused even it 's only 15 mins til 3pm. The hotel is not crowded at all so this is ridiculous. I cannot expect that kind of service at a 5-star hotel like this. The worst is yet to come. After checking in the room for 1 hour, around 4pm, their staff started cleaning the hallway with their super noisy vacuum cleaner. The room is 0 % sound-proof which results in an annoying experience here. I just wanted to take a nap but they keep running that cleaner in front of my room. Why didn't they clean the hallway before I checked in? The air-conditioner in room also made so much noise that I couldn't have a sound sleep. Last but not least, I also got a massage session to be used. The reception said I could book whenever I want to without noticing me about the limited resources. Then in the morning before checking out, I wanted to do the massage, but they said there 's no available slot for me till 5pm that day. This was the last straw. I couldn't be more disappointed. I felt like every experience I had here was terrible and under a standard service not mention 5-star service. Worst of the worst!
