Luxury Hotels in Hanoi, Vietnam

The location of the hotel is very strategic, 10 minutes walk to Santa Jossep cathedral, 15 minutes walk to the Vietnamese prison, 10 minutes to the railroad cafe and 10 minutes to the lake, the staff is very friendly and helpful, Jenny 's staff really gave us information on tourist attractions and cafes in Hanoi. We highly recommend this hotel. There are lots of places to eat around the hotel, Bahmi 25 right in front of the hotel.

The Lobby was filled with used stuff and no proper place to sit. The room was smelly, some part of floor was chapped, it looks different from the photos provided. Unfortunately, we didn't take any photos to prove the condition of the hotel.

The location was very convenient, but the TV never works. The front office staff was very helpful and friendly after All.

This hotel were fully booked but was not updated yet even I paid for the room. They automatically sold my booking to another nearby hotel with poor quality.

I stayed 2 nights, room is okay, ac is cool, the TV is off, already call the receptionist. Then she came in my room, tried to turn on it, but can't. Surprisingly how she call us, she made voice by knocking the TV table. In my country it's impolite action, she gave the gesture that TV is broken, and we were okay with it, but I didn't expect that she was rude to us. Actually this is the hotel's failure, but why she the one who was rude. 😆. In the next say, the receptionist changed. She can speak English, so it's make us easier to communicate.

Near to the Noor Mosque. Staff is helpful. Decent accommodation.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, only the room size is small compared to hotels in the Da Nang area, and the room smells like wood. The rest is all okay.
