We did not even stay longer than 20 minutes before running out.
We booked at the B2 hotel for 2 nights (and booked the deluxe room). When we got to the hotel, the staff was not welcoming. we did not mind as we are trying to enjoy our holiday.
But when we got to the room. it was absolutely disgusting. Dirty pillows, blanket, hand prints on the closet, dried liquids dripping down the closet and walls etc. (See pictures). The room was filthy, the visible dirt and odor, made it entirely unhabitable.
We even asked the cleaning lady to clean up, but she did not. We can handle a lot, but this was to much. We couldn't even touch anything without feeling disgusted of it. We left almost right away. We asked at the desk for a refund, but they would not give us any.
We left and quickly had to find a new hotel later on the day.
We emailed B2, but we have not gotten any response from them. We stand by getting our money refunded. We are deeply disappointed that this happened on our holiday. This lack of customer care is both unprofessional and disrespectful.
In contact with Traveloka has come to our attention that the staff did not even mention this situation and has been acting like nothing has happened.
I strongly urge the B2 hotel to review their policies and procedures to ensure that future guests are not subjected to the same disappointment. We also request that B2 reconsider their decision and issue a refund for the room we could not stay in due to its unlivable condition.
