Villa in Melawai

I am allergic to cigarettes smoke and asked for non-smoking room, but I got a smoking room instead! 😡. The air in the room was NOT fresh, cigarette smoke smells still lingered even after many times of spraying it with perfume! Spray with perfume is their so called “treatment” - it's not using air purifier or something else! Even the bathroom towels smell cigarette smokes, unfortunately I have no other towel so no choice! Luckily I am a guy, if I was with a lady she definitely won't use it! Whole nigh I slept wearing mask 😷 then checked out from the hotel very early morning! Worst experience indeed! 😡.

well nothing special, anyway just have a question for traveloka? Have you checked what room the hotel provides when buying a package from Traveloka? How many times have I booked a flight and hotel package and it seems very different if I buy directly from the hotel!! a little input is very good for all parties' business...thx

Room is very comfortable. The pillows are 👍. Location inside blok m area. Check in and check out fast.

Nearby city center and the staff so friendly as well as the room is clean

The staffs are very friendly and accomodating.

Overall its a nice hotel within strategic locations. The only drawback is that its older building and needs redesign.

The staff very friendly however the room is noy soundsproof
