An all-rounder hotel, with complete and convenient facilities. Parking was spacious enough, could be better if all parking floors are connected with elevator. Rooms are spacious and clean, some towels could be refreshed. Overall experience was nice, will definitely consider staying here again!

Menginap dengan special offer mungkin memang berbeda dengan reguler for rooms, I hope its not because spc offer in traveloka. Akses kemanapun mudah dijangkau, keramahan no minus, they provide cars cleaners for parking outside, nice. Makanan di week end much much better than week days, kids facility very friendly, they enjoy playing too. Bathrooms I think should be improved, air freshnes shpuld be improved.

The staff here are super slow on providing us the services, I asked for them to check the room because it was stinking, but nobody ever came.

Still the best choice. BUT. House keeping you seriously need improve. I don't understand why you need to wait like lets say 10-15MINUTES. Don't you have a cleaner in every floor. We need to wait because they have 24th level and I don't know how many cleaner do they have.

The staff was friendly and approachable, special thanks to Dita breakfast restaurant and Fauzan who helped to arranged our left behind item (an awesome guy).

Overall, very good experience staying here.- Strategic location.- Bed & pillows quality are good, I can sleep easily. I am type of person who couldn't sleep if the quality is poor.- Breakfast food varieties are good and tasty.- Staffs are friendly!

Best place. To have maximum time stay at hotel. I arrived just mid night and stay there until the next day around 8pm. The interior itself very industrial, so sometimes will look darker that any other hotel.
