Good service, clean room, and easy to find location

This was a last minute, same day booking. We checked in quite late, close to midnight. The receptionist was very patient and helpful. The customer before us was quite rowdy and seemed to be drunken and the female receptionist handled him with a lot of grace and patience. Bravo! Hilton is a strategic choice for those keen to spend the day mall crawling down Orchard Road.

Clean, cozy, compact room, fits for traveller. Also at strategic spot.

The hotel location is good, near Bugis street walking around 15 minutes. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Only the room is little bit small. The others things still OK.

The staff was friendly. The room is clean & everyday has cleaner to come in our room to do the cleaning without our permission. Scared about it but so far there was no missing items.

The room is small, rather unclean, view is blocked by concrete.

The hotel is right above Bencoolen MRT station so it is very accessible. The room is very small for the price we paid. Other than that we have no complaints.

All good and comfortable, hotel is a bit old, but it is located right in the orchard road. Staff is very friendly.

Near walking distance to MRT dobby ghout station. Fast check in and out.
