The staff is friendly, it's easy to exchange tickets without any hassle, the directions are clear so you don't get lost, it's all top notch 😁

It's really good, there are lots of biota, unfortunately there aren't any interactive ones, maybe it would be more exciting if there were more interactive rides but they were included in the entrance ticket, not an add-on.

The cleanliness of the tourist spot is good. The animals displayed are diverse from all over Indonesia, from otters, reptiles, insects, and fish. The information presentation session during animal feeding is interesting and informative.
