I was worried at the start of booking because the voucher was redeemed by the tour before departure. The explanation from Traveloka that it had been confirmed to the tour party that it was no problem... was quite a relief. The tour guide was very kind and wanted to wait for each member to reach the top of the Ijen Crater. tracking which is quite extreme and tiring with a bonus view after being above the crater. good job triptojava.
