Sunset Dinner at The Cuisine Jimbaran

The service was very friendly, the food was delicious, I ordered 2 packages, but my child was given 3 welcome drinks and fruits, thank you.

felt welcome. friendly staff. unfortunately waited a long time for the food, but when it arrived, the rice and side dishes were all cold. such a shame, even though it would have been delicious if it was still hot. when we conveyed this, unexpectedly the manager immediately gave us a complimentary dish. which was still warm when served. then we ate heartily. top service.

We will definitely come back to this hotel. The experience of staying exceeded our expectations at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the room was also very clean, the restaurant served a variety of food and I also got a room upgrade. The staff also provided a children's tent for inside the room because they saw us staying with our children. This hotel has 2 swimming pools and also a good playground for children. Access in front of the hotel is also directly to the beach after passing the restaurant. After being disappointed with the hotel where we stayed before, it felt like our last night of vacation in Bali paid off when we were at this hotel. Thank you.
