first experience riding this. first time when buying tickets got an employee who was a bit rude when asking a lot of questions, understandably we wanted to know everything. but still good service and responded politely. waiting for the bus not long after queuing for tickets. we bought 3 tickets for 48 hours. very happy we got the Open deck to see the beautiful view, Anyway satisfied. my tip is to keep an eye on your belongings because the wind is strong, it could fly. also don't forget to bring drinks, umbrellas, raincoats just in case, or bread haha. during the day the weather is very hot, we got on the bus. the guide was good he explained it clearly so that we could all hear. when getting off the City tour we waited for the next bus for the garden route. This is an effective way to going around KL city in a day. If you want to stroll around to know famous places in the city but have not much energy to walk by yourself, or have not much time for your travel, this is a perfect way. There are 2 routes and each takes 1,5-2hours to complete the route. However you have to expect that the bus is very old, and the guide only speaks from the mic through the speakers inside the bus so no earphones like european cities hop on hop off bus. It is very sunny at day so the outdoor seats are very hot.

The staff is very helpful. The queue is very orderly. If you arrive too early, you can stop by the souvenir shops in the surrounding area. You can also see some of the paintings there.

Touring Kuala Lumpur at night to see the city view, the staff were not friendly, bought tickets well in advance & arrived before the tour time but could not choose a seat on the upper front deck.

can do a whole day city tour in KL without the hassle of transportation. worth it for first timers to KL. stop at every recommended place. so it's not complicated to buy all the tickets at traveloka, the price difference is not much.
